- Matt Leonard Review added: 2018.11.28★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Good American style BBQ joint. Good food, friendly good service, nice decor and unique Dyson bathroom faucet. BBQ was good with real authentic smoky flavor. They have three sauces: Carolina mustard base, Kansas City and standard BBQ. There are a few things they need to do to improve:
1. Need a soft drink fountain with free refills. It can't be an American restaurant without that. Five guys have had the courage to keep this in the U.K.
2. They need better ketchup. Heinz 57. The ketchup they are using is not good and runny.
3. The coleslaw is not horrible, but not very good. It has a citrus flavor. Nothing like any American coleslaw I've ever had.
4. The staff need to say "thank you" when you walk out the door.
5. The portion sizes could be a little bigger. The fries were really good could make fries the thing they do to provide a bigger portion. - Stuart Skinner Review added: 2018.07.28★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Quick service, good selection of beers and all the traditional classics. I had the buttermilk chicken on waffles. The chicken was full of flavour though the buttermilk wasn't all that, but I still enjoyed the meal. Would go back.
