Having to make some simple repairs to a Volvo XC90 involved in an accident the process, initally quoted at 5 working days, stretched to 4 weeks due to delayed estimates to insurance company, parts ordered incorrectly and then apparently delivered incorrectly. All of this without any communication to keep us informed of the progress; no replies to numerous emails and voicemails. Finally car delivered on a truck with a flat battery (had to call out Volvo assist to start up). To top it all the loose change kept in the car had all disappeared. AVOID if at all possible
