The service we received was exceptional from the moment we booked through to the phone call 2 days before from Froggle Tim checking the final details right through to the end of a brilliant party. Tim arrived in plenty of time before the start of the party and met with my daughter before hand to make her feel at ease. Tim then had the children mesmerised, engaged and howling with laughter from the moment they arrived until the moment he left and no child was left out, even the shy ones who sat with their parents. Every child got a prize and Freya was made to feel very special and Tim was sensitive to her needs when she got a bit tired towards the end of the party and didn't want to participate.
